Here at Move Fitness we love nothing more than helping one of our members reach their fitness goals.

We do this by getting a member of staff to sit down with our members, discuss their goals and aspirations around fitness and then work a plan that works towards achieving their goals with particular attention paid to their diet and exercise regime.

We will work with any of our members regardless of how big or small their request might be. Your fitness goal could be anything including:

  • Removing some of that unwanted flab
  • Feeling healthier
